All fluorescent colored flashers have fiber optic light gathering capabilities like
rifle and pistol sights. The edges have their own glow built into the flasher blade.
You'll notice the glow edges glowing, if you examine the photographs closely.

100% Made in USA Content: BTIs feature a 165# test Sampo nose swivel. The rear snap 150# Roscoe Duo-Lock snap and 150# 1-35 Roscoe Coastlock Snap Swivel. Both Roscoe and Sampo are located in New York. The flasher blades are produced a couple of miles south of Benton Harbor/St. Joe in Bridgeman MI. The lure tape comes from WTP in Coloma, MI. The reinforcing rivets come from Bayport, NY.

Final assembly takes place in Manistee, Michigan!

Please Read: The 10 inchers were designed for divers, drop weights, copper and a lead core program where directional spin/rotation will help prevent tangles. BTIs will work just fine on the downriggers to depths of 120'. Couple this with lessened water drag than the popular slanted vertical 8 inch finned flashers and you'll see the need for this product. BTIs are sold only in sets, meaning an item specific port and a starboard flashers at this time.
