1. I used Smelly Jelly
when I was in the charter business and can tell you this stuff produces
incredible results (especially on the tough days)! A 4 oz jar of herring
scent is more than enough for a full season's fishing.
2. The Smelly Jelly Combo Pack has the Big 3 in Great Lakes scent technology.
Herring Anise, Alewife and Herring Sticky Liquid.
3. Apply first thing in the morning, before setting lines. This
removes the negative human smell from your tackle.
4. Use a Q-Tip. This stuff is powerful and a little goes a
long ways. Be double sure to ALWAYS use a Q-Tip with Sticky Fluid,
cuz it has an intense concentrated smell of herring. You'll see
what I mean when you smell it!
5. Do not use as crutch, let this become integral part of your
program.
